　Ken-P is a Writer member of ASCAP, and also owner of Wiseman Project, a ASCAP Publisher. When you are performing Ken-P's concert works, you need to contact your local performance right organization (PRO) to pay the performing royalty. In the US, it would be ASCAP, and in Japan it would be JASRAC and so on. You could pay the performing royalty directly to Ken-P. If you are not sure whether you are required to pay the performing royality or not, please contact your local PRO.
